All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods (such as sales, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs delays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Rooted Royalty is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
